Anchala Pampapathy

Having 40+ years of Experience in Solar Industry & more than 10 years of Experience as a Solar Trainer. He trained Industry Professionals, Engineers and Entrepreneurs in Sola Sector. In Solar Industry he worked as Technical Manager, General Manager, Managing Director, Vice-President, Sr. Vice-President, Director Business Development for more than Six Organizations and Handled 1MW to 15MW Solar Power Plants.

Vineet Kumar Goyal

Vineet Kumar Goyal has over 20 Years+ of industry experience. Having a degree in Electrical Engineering and Ex. Masters in International Business, he has worked for almost two decades with reputed companies like Rockwell Automation, Crompton Greaves, Prudent Automation, Confederation of Indian Industry and Thermopads. Presently he is the Managing Director of 2E Knowledge Ventures Pvt. Ltd. and also Heading 2E Clean Technology Accelerator, 2E Skills and Steinbeis Centre for Technology Transfer India – a Network Centre of Steinbeis GmbH & Co. KG for Technologietransfer.. Under his leadership Steinbeis India and 2E Skills has developed training and entrepreneurship models for Solar PV technology and trained more than 1500 professionals, entrepreneurs and technicians till date. Recently he has been involved in establishing Technology Solutions under Smart Cities Project of Govt. of India, an ADB funded project on Clean Technologies promotion in India, Training Programs on Innovation Management for SMEs and Intermediary Organisations, and setting-up Technology Transfer Centre in Sri Lanka in partnership with GIZ Germany.

Hari Krishna Palusam

Having 7 years+ Experience in the field of Solar Energy and Working as a Head-Trainings in Steinbeis India. He has studied MBA (Power Management) from University of Petroleum and Energy Studies and Certified Trainer from Skill Council for Green Jobs. He worked as a Project Engineer & Sr. Electrical Engineer in Solar Industries and Consulting Engineer for Various Projects of Solar Energy. He has trained more than 500 students in Solar PV so far out of which most of the students become Entrepreneurs in the field of Solar Energy.
