We require Training Mobilizers for our Training and Skill Development Programs for Engineers and Technicians

Qualification: Any Graduation

Experience:1-2yrs

Location: Hyderabad

Responsibilities and Duties

  • To organize Solar Training Programs in Telangana district areas.
  • To support for the mobilization of the candidates for Training Centers & Plan to involve all the Stakeholders like Gram panchayats, colleges and District level employment officers and organizations For Mobilization.
  • Support in counselling to the candidates and their parents.
  • Determine the resources (budget, timelines, manpower etc.) needed to complete the task.
  • Ensure that all project information is appropriately documented and secured.
  • Support the Management as assigned.
  • Should have good communication (English, Hindi, Telugu) and convincing Skills.
  • Should be very energetic to go on Field.
  • Should be very familiar with the local areas.
  • Should be able to reach the targets in time.

 

 

Store Keeper

Qualification: 10th, Inter, Diploma, ITI

Exp: 0-2yrs as a Store Keeper

Location: Hyderabad

Job Description:

  1. Handling overall store management.
  2. Follow up with regular suppliers of material.
  3. Monitoring of Non -moving and slow moving stocks.
  4. Follow up with the transporter for material dispatch.
  5. On time posting of material as per the documents.
  6. Handling Raw material store, packing material and finished goods.
  7. Handling Inward and dispatch material.

  • Knowledge about Smart Phones trouble shooting will be additional advantage
  • The soft Skills/process trainer assumes responsibility of the facilitation of Soft Skills and process
  • He/she will develop and follow the prescribed curriculum/calendar of activities .

Business Development Executive & Placements

Qualification: MBA
Experience: 1 to 2 Years in marketing
                       : only male candidates Preferable

Job Description:

  • To Prospect for potential new customers and turn this into increases business
  • Responsible for lead generation and close the pipeline of business, marketer search, reach out to new customer leads via various marketing strategies appointment setting.
  • Calling on given leads &converting leads into admission.
  • Identifying opportunities, involvement  in preparation of proposals &Build the strong  relationships with our partner clients.
  • Ensuring the overall target accomplishments responsible to achieve program targets.
  • Handling Individual Program Generate Leads and Forward to Team  head
  • Execution and documentation for the program.
  • Counseling prospective students and guide them about the different courses offered.
    Has to study or understand students (for Screening) and shortlist
    students as per vacancies and organizing for and conducting interviews
    Has to maintain student’s database 
  • Has to coordinate with Service Industry representatives for job
    opportunities for students
     Monthly identification of Placement Load and Skill Set Mapping
  • Submission of Monthly Placement Plan as per project guidelines
    Preparation of Monthly Placement MIS and Record keeping

    Overall responsibility of achieving placement targets for projects in
    hand 
  • Counseling candidates on job opportunities.
    Tracking candidates on monthly basis for period of 6 months
  • Work with hiring companies to arrange interviews to the trainees. 
    Co-ordinate the interviews between companies and trainees. Follow up
    till the offer letters are released.
